What is a delivery pass?
The Marcel Delivery Pass allows you to define the type of deliveries you want. The Flex Pass and Standard Pass are valid for 1 delivery only. The Economy Pass is our subscription-based delivery service, designed to help you reduce the cost of home deliveries for your grocery orders.
How often can I order?
You can order as often as you like but you can only receive one delivery per day, subject to delivery slot availability.
Can I choose any delivery slot?
The Flex Pass entitles you to choose any available 4-hour time slot that you like. The Standard Pass and Economy Pass entitle you to choose any available 1-hour time slot that you like.
Is there a minimum spend?
There is no Minimum Order Value for orders with Click & Collect options.
For orders with Home Delivery or Postal Delivery options, the Minimum Order Value is £40 (excluding delivery charges) for every order placed.
Will my Economy Pass membership renew automatically?
Your Economy Pass membership will be automatically renewed on a rolling basis. You may cancel the renewal at any time before the renewal date through your Marcel Market Account section.
How quickly can I start using my Economy Pass?
Delivery Pass will be registered on your account instantly so you can use it straightaway.
How do I cancel my Economy Pass?
You can cancel your membership at any time through your Marcel Market Account section. If you haven’t placed an order in this time, we’ll provide you with a full refund for the month.
